Last updated: June 16, 2026. This page explains what you are allowed to do, what you are paying for, and what can happen if the service is misused.
By using Human Write, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You must not abuse the service, interfere with other users, try to break restricted parts of the product, scrape access at scale, or bypass billing, rate limits, login controls, or similar safeguards.
You are responsible for the text you submit, the actions taken through your account, and the way you use any output you receive. Human Write helps with revision and writing improvement, but you remain responsible for the final version you publish, submit, send, or rely on.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens through your account. Human Write may suspend, restrict, or end access if an account is being used abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that harms the service or other users.
Pricing and access are defined at the time of purchase. When you buy Human Write, you receive the level of access described on the plan or offer you selected.
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. The standard refund window is 14 days from purchase and still depends on a usage-based review.
Human Write may refuse refunds when paid access has already been used heavily, when abuse or fraud is involved, or when the request falls outside the refund rules. If a purchase is cancelled, access may end in line with the plan that was purchased.
Human Write, its software, design, branding, interface, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the product itself.
Human Write may change over time. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may be updated, improved, restricted, or removed when needed for security, legal compliance, operations, or normal product development.
Human Write is provided on an as-available basis. It is built to help with serious revision work, but you should still review important outputs carefully, especially when the draft includes facts, legal language, policy wording, names, numbers, pricing, or other sensitive details.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Human Write is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Where the law does not allow a full exclusion, liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
